Delivery Guidance

All items on this store are Made to Order and unless stated otherwise, prices include delivery costs to one UK mainland WTW office address. 

Production timelines for each item/s are listed on the product pages.

For delivery addresses outside of the UK, the Webstore will calculate estimate freight charges and show this figure at the Checkout phase. This figure is based on weight of goods and is only to be used as a guide to final freight cost. NOTE: Once goods are ordered, Branding Focus will then contact you to confirm accurate freight cost and advise on estimates for the duty and local taxes at your delivery location. 

Customs clearance, duties and taxes (EU and RoW)

Shipments to EU and RoW territories will require customs clearance and may incur import duties, local taxes and clearance fees from the local customs offices.

Note: In the EU, VAT is reclaimable by the business.

Branding Focus will complete all the required documents when shipping however some countries require additional clearance by the receiver. 

Recipient is responsible for the payment of import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

Non-Office Deliveries

Please note that if your delivery is not to a WTW office address, such as a hotel or exhibition centre then please provide us with as much additional information as possible so that the goods can be correctly labelled e.g. "John Smith, WTW, Stand A123" to ensure that goods are handled correctly once delivered to the venue. We strongly recommend that deliveries for events direct to the venue take place a minimum of one and ideally two working days before then event.

All deliveries to Non-Office addresses will require approval by line managers.

Delivery Services

UK Mainland Deliveries

Once produced, all items are then shipped on a standard one or two working day service, depending on timelines. If you need items urgently then please let us know at point of order so we can discuss options for both freight and expediated production.

UK Non-Mainland, Highlands and Islands (Extended Area Surcharge)

Once produced, all items are then shipped on a a standard service which may take 2-4 days depending on location. If you need items urgently then please let us know at point of order so we can discuss available options.

EU - European Deliveries

Once produced, all items are then shipped on a 2-4 working day service. If you need items urgently then please let us know at point of order so we can discuss available options.

Please be aware that although we prepare import paperwork in line with UPS export requirements and in line with the guidance for import to specific countries, for EU locations there may be Import/Clearance delays beyond our control. Clearance fees, local duties/taxes may also be applicable.

Rest of the World

We are able to ship items to the rest of the world, cost and delivery time depends on location, please be aware that local duties and taxes may be applicable.

UPS offer a range of delivery options to different territories, below is a list of zones as defined by UPS with a guide to shipping for UPS standard services. Express services are available to most locations which are usually next working day. All goods are dispatched from the UK.

UPS Zone 1

• UK - England / UK - Wales / UK - Scotland (excluding areas defined as Highlands & Islands, and EAS)

• Standard service is next working day

UPS Zone 2

• Ireland, Republic of / UK - Northern Ireland

• Standard service is two working days

UPS Zone 3

• Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg

• Standard service is 2-3 working days

UPS Zone 4

• France / Germany / Monaco

• Standard service is 2-3 working days

UPS Zone 5

• Austria / Czech Republic / Denmark / Finland / Greece / Italy / Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira) / Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) / Sweden

• Standard service is 3-4 working days

UPS Zone 6

• Andorra / Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) / Liechtenstein / Norway / San Marino / Switzerland

• Standard service is 3-4 working days

UPS Zone 51

• Bulgaria / Croatia / Estonia / Hungary / Latvia / Lithuania / Romania / Slovak Republic / Slovenia

• Standard service is 4-5 working days

Rest of the world

• Standard service 3-7 working days pending customs clearance.
