Ariba platform users
All orders are PO based.
All Other Geographies
All orders will have invoice issued following delivery of goods so that confirmed freight costs can then be included onto the PDF invoice.
On request we can include a payment link on the PDF that allows payment using Corporate Purchase or Corporate Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). This is only available for EU and associated territories*
Invoices:
Branding Focus will invoice you for the goods and freight AFTER your goods have been delivered. All invoices will be issued in GBP as standard; you are able to request for your invoice to be issued in Euros should you require.
After invoice has been emailed using the details entered in the Billing section of Checkout, you are able to pay through the Global payments system (Branding Focus Ltd, vendor number 149430) or pay using your Corporate Purchase or Corporate Credit card on our secure payment gateway (if requested the payment link is available on the PDF invoice).
Invoices issued in EUR:
Invoices denominated in EUR must be paid in EUR into the EUR bank account that is listed on the invoice.
You are required to pay any associated Bank fees so that the value received matches the invoice(s) issued.
Invoice payment notes:
Please DO NOT pay EUR into the GBP account
Please DO NOT pay GBP into the EUR account
Failing on the above guidance incurs an additional exchange rate, resulting in the amount received not matching the invoice total.
This can then require a subsequent payment from WTW to clear the remaining balance on the invoice.
Corporate Purchase or Corporate Credit cards:
*For the purposes of credit card payments this includes most cards issued within an EU country as well such as Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar, Monaco, Jersey & Guernsey etc.
Credit card and debit card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Branding Focus Ltd. Payments are accepted from cards provided by the American Express, MasterCard and Visa networks. The platform is fully secure and compliant with PCI DSS, Branding Focus Ltd do not store credit card data. Payments will appear on your statement as "Branding Focus Ltd"
