My Story: Made from 100% organic cotton, this garment is also PETA Approved Vegan. Complies to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX (an independent certification system that tests raw textiles for harmful substances) and the manufacturer is registered with The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), a management system to improve ethical sourcing within a business supply chain.

My Story: With AWARE™ tracer technology the use of genuine recycled fabric materials and water reduction impact claims are guaranteed, by using the AWARE disruptive physical tracer and blockchain technology. Save water and use genuine recycled fabrics. **Water savings are based on figures when compared to conventional fibre. This calculated indication is based on reliable LCA data as published by Textile Exchange in their Material Snapshots 2016. 

The total CO2 life cycle assessment* of this product, per unit, is 0.61kg. This comprises 518g in Materials and Production, 33g in packaging, 23g in transportation and 31g for End of Life.
*This LCA assessment covers all GHG-emissions generated by a product throughout its entire life-cycle; from the extraction of raw materials to the end-of-life treatment/disposal. The calculations are based on a carbon footprint (CFP) calculation tool. The methodology is in conformity with the principles of ISO 14067:2018, verified and critically reviewed, in compliance with ISO 14071:2014, by the Bureau Veritas.

My Story: Made from glass which is endlessly recyclable. Easy to clean and built for ongoing use, therefore helping to reduce the use of single use water bottles. 

End of Life: Comprising multiple components, this could be recycled as follows: Bottle to Glass recycling, Lid (taken apart) to Metal and Plastics recycling. 

The Neoprene sleeve can then be repurposed as a can or bottle cooler - simply fold the top down for shorter cans.

My Story: Made from r-PET, which is Recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate plastic). The recycled material (PET) is taken from plastic bottles reclaimed from landfill. This process allows a new material which can be created into a fabric, without exhausting natural resources

End of Life: Should the lanyard reach end of life or become damaged beyond usable condition, then material could be creatively repurposed or placed into a polyester recycling scheme. The Safety Break (PET) and Trigger Clip (Steel) could be separated from the fabric lanyard and also placed into plastic/metal recycling schemes.

My Story: This product is manufactured in the UK and has Zero AirMiles. The factory uses a Carbon Offset Scheme to lower the impact of the UK manufacturing and assembly process. Aluminium is 100% recyclable.

My Story: Part of a range of UK made products that are produced using 100% recycled plastics, then with the addition of a biodegradable additive that speeds up the natural biodegradable process of plastic. The material (polymer and additive) has been tested to ISO 15985 and has ASTM B5511 certification. The result is a polymer that breaks down and leaves no micro-plastics. 

End of Life: The badge section of this item will naturally biodegrade after a period of time. The polymers will be digested and break down leaving no micro-plastics. The metal safety pin attachment is made from plated steel and can be removed simply and placed into metal recycling schemes.

My Story: Hemp is a sustainable and durable material as it is grown without the use of any pesticides. It is also one of the oldest and most eco-friendly textile fabrics available. The bag is made from fibres of the fast growing cannabis plant that can grow without the assistance of fertilisers and pesticides - therefore a 100% organic crop and 100% recyclable.

End of Life: Should the bag reach end of life or become damaged beyond usable condition, then material could be cut and repurposed or placed into a fabric recycling scheme. The bag could also be repurposed in hundreds of different ways: Cut to strips and used as a insulating layer for an outdoor pet home, cut into absorbent cloths for household cleaning.
